Shipping

Most orders in stock ship within 3 business days. All items will be shipped either through USPS with a tracking ID.
Shipping costs for USPS Priority Mail:
$1 - $24.99 = $5.50 shipping
$25 - $49.99 = $7.50 shipping
$50- $124.99 = $10.00 shipping
over $125 = free shipping within United States


USPS Express Shipping is also available at checkout for an additional charge.

International Shipping
International Shipping is available and postage will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping to Canada/Mexico starts at $10.95 for International Priority Mail without a Tracking ID. Additional options are available at checkout.

Shipping to Europe/Australia starts at $12.95 for International Priority Mail without a Tracking ID. Additional options are available at checkout.

UPS Expedited Shipping
*All orders for next day or 2nd day shipping must be placed by 3pm EST.
Expedited shipping might be available if the item is in stock. If you need your jewelry asap simply do the following:
1. Email Sales@jewelrystylist.com
Subject: Expedited Shipping
Body: Include the item name and number that you would like to order as well as the quantity. Also include your zip code.
2. The Customer Service department will reply to your email and let you know if the item is in stock and what the quote is for expedited shipping.
3. After receiving a reply from Customer Service simply place your order online* and in the comments section include how you would like the item shipped (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, etc).

Returns & Exchanges
If within 7 days of receiving your online order from JewelryStylist.com you find that the merchandise is not as expected or does not fit we will happily accept the return. The steps below must be following when returning merchandise to JewelryStylist.com in order for us to issue a credit:
1. Email sales@jewelrystylist.com, Subject: Order Return,
within email explain why you are returning the merchandise.
2. Print copy of online receipt and place in package.
3. Send the merchandise back (at your own cost) insured, in the original secure packaging and in its' original condition.
4. Once your merchandise is received back and in good condition, JewelryStylist will issue a credit for the cost of the item/items. We are not responsible for return shipments which do not reach our return department.

Damaged Merchandise
We do our best to ship all jewelry and accessories as securely as possible, but occassionally an item might become damaged during shipping. If you find that any merchandise shipped from JewelryStylist.com was damaged during shipping we will happily accept the return and either exchange the merchandise or issue a credit. Follow instructions under "Returns" in order to get full credit. We are not responsible for return shipments which do not reach our return department.
